I respect the privacy of my clients and will not release any customer information to third parties. I never trade, sell, rent, or trade addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only. Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Quella Esthetics and clients. 

If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email, or to change your expressed interest, simply let me know and your file will be updated. 

Quella Esthetics accepts all major credit cards and Apple Pay as well as cash or venmo payments. A credit card is required to hold your appointment when initially booking. Full payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.

I’m confident that you’ll love the products offered so much, you won’t want to return them! Regardless, below is our return policy:

• If you are a new client, in order to ensure you are receiving the correct products for your skin and that you follow a correctly prescribed regimen, please schedule a consultation prior to making your purchase. 
• All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must me accompanied by the original receipt.
• Products returned unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, resalable in original packaging, will receive 100% store credit of the product purchase price. Opened, unsealed, and/or partially used products are not returnable. 
• Purchase of seasonal items, ”sale” items, or items special ordered for you are final. 
• There are no refunds on services. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution.

Minor teens coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their initial appointment to sign all intake/consent forms. 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. The value of gift certificates will be honored toward purchase of a treatment or any product offered at Quella Esthetics.
